The tradition of charcuterie, at least in Piedmont, urges the enriching of its meat with added wine. Following our sense of taste and our constant research for the perfect product we have decided to use Barolo in order to enhance our meats. Its tendency to aging perfectly adapts with the salami’s aging time.
