Culatello ham

Fiocco di culatello or Culatello ham is the next most important cut from the pigs’ legs.

Thanks to its sweet scent, it is the salami most similar the Culatello, and shares the same methods of production.
The minimum ageing period is 7 months, average weight 2.2 kg – 2.8 kg

Ingredients: pork meat, salt, dextrose, saccharose, aromas, spices

Antioxidant: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbatic

Preservatives: potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite

Pack: 8 hams per pack
