Piadina, sometimes called piada is a flatbread wrap cooked in Italy, now found in many parts of the world as a quick delicious snack.
Unlike many flatbreads, piadina may be served savoury or sweet and can be made in a variety of thicknesses to suit your own tastes.
The gluten free piadina (unleavened flat bread) can be:
