Ageing: in steel for some months, in bottle for 2 months

Tasting notes: the color is yellow straw-coloured with some greenish tints; the fragrance is floral and delicate. Tasting it, it’s fresh, dry and correctly acid.

Pairings: poultry, fish

Serving temperature: 8°-10°C
