Coffee in beans: 50% Arabica, 50% Robusta

The coffee is roasted according to a purely artisan process with the Petroncini machine, which has contributed to the success of the most famous, historical, Italian roasters. After the roasting, the coffee beans cool in a bath for four minutes, then are left for seven days in the storage silos. Inside the silos the coffee undergoes a seasoning phase.

This product, that we call MOKA LOVE blend 50% Arabica, 50% Robust, has a volcanic temperament, with vigorous full body thing. Highlight of toast and jam flavors, totally free of acidity.
