Small soft nuogat covered in dark chocolate

After more than 60 years of company history, a third generation of confectioners is still producing soft torrone here in Piemonte, near Torino. Even if we produce many types of soft torrone, such as one with the Nocciola Tonda Gentile Trilobata (a special type of hazelnut from Piedmont PGI), one with pistachios from Bronte, one with almonds from Bari and the torrone covered with dark chocolate or nougat), the virtues haven’t changed.
We carry on using first-grade quality raw materials and we disapprove any sort of adulteration, such as the addition of preservatives.

ingredients: Round Trilobate Gentili hazelnuts (50%), sugar, organic Italian acacia honey, dark chocolate (cocoa 56% min .: sugar, cocoa mass. Emulsifier: soy lecithin and flavor), Sicilian pistachios from Bronte, water, egg white, sugar, wafer (potato starch, water), salt, flavorings.
