“Organic nougat, a flower for a Bee” is the product of Scalenghe Pastry, in Trofarello (Torino), produced with all organic ingredients.
It’s been created to enhance the organic Italian acacia honey and other local products such as hazelnuts trefoil.
Since 2013, the bakery is part of the network Maestri del Gusto in Turin.
“Organic nougat, a flower for a Bee” is innovative especially from the point of view of the packaging.
The packaging is made entirely of recycled paper straw, produced with low environmental impact technologies, and incorporates a special message of sustainability: you can plant the label in pots and in a few days will be born of the flowers on which will rest the bees.
