With the cooperation of Massimo and Eva, we have prepared different canapè prepared with pesto nisseno
(Wild fennel, sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, sarde, tomato), pesto trapanese
(prepared with tomato, extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, almonds, basil), pesto dell’etna (
tomato, extra-virgin olive oil, basil, black olives, mushrooms, garlic, cheese, chilli),…
then we have served the classical caponata,
(the caper fruit, in vinegar) and the carciofini di Ramacca (
We have offered some organic Sicily wines (Chardonnay, Cataratto and Nero d’Avola).
